The big western powers despise non-western peoples. At the Versailles conference (1919), they refused to recognize the equality of peoples, and currently still retain a few colonies. They arrogated to themselves the prerogative to say who had the right to govern a given state. In 2011, they launched the slogan “Gaddafi must go!”, allegedly for the good of the Libyan people. Today the Leader is dead and slavery has been restored. Also in 2011, they launched the more familiar "Bashar must go!" (Bashar instead of Assad). Unfortunately, the Syrian people resisted and nine years later the so-called tyrant is still in place. Now it’s Lukashenko’s turn to go.

After the kidnapping in the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) of Vladimir Tsemakh to try to involve him in the MH17 affair, Ukraine seems to have set its sights on an Italian living in the LPR, Andrea Palmeri, and organized his kidnapping by SBU saboteurs. The immediate question is: why does the SBU want to kidnap him? Andrea Palmeri is a former Italian volunteer who fought in the Donbass from 2014, and obtained the LPR passport. After serving in the People’ s Militia, Andrea went into business by opening a bakery in Alchevsk, and worked to build diplomatic ties between the LPR and his native Italy. Unsurprisingly, Andrea Palmeri is present in the “purgatory” of the Mirotvorets site. Given his background, it is not surprising that the Ukrainian secret service wants to arrest him.

Secret documents revealed by Vasily Prozorov (a former SBU agent who went to Russia), reveal that in 2014, Ukraine tried to carry out a chemical weapon provocation in order to accuse the Donbass People’ s Militia of using them against the Ukrainian army. Kiev tried to accuse the People’ Militia of using chemical weapons. “In 2014, in the course of my work in the SBU [Ukrainian Secret Service], I noticed that the new authorities in the country tried in every possible way to accuse the Donbass militia of using chemical weapons against the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” said Vasily Prozorov.

Without their help, nothing would have happened.

An Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) is the formal procedure for negotiating amendments to the founding treaties of the EU. Under the treaties, an IGC is called into being the European Council and is composed of representatives of the Member States, with the European Commission, and to a lesser degree the European Parliament which as well as is having participation.[i] However, the functioning of the IGC has long been provided by a real leader of the EU that is the Franco-German axis although its strength has historically varied and its nature seems to be changing. This did not differ much in the case of the 2002 Convention on the Future of Europe, partly because it did not replace the IGC as an institution and, in fact, it took place in the shadow of the following IGC, i.e., the veto power of the Member States.

Ukraine sabotaged the additional measures taken by the contact group of the ceasefire in the Donbass, the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) Foreign Affairs Ministry press service said. It explained that Ukraine refused to implement the mechanism agreed on 22 July to respond to violations. The agency reminded that within its framework the sides should cooperate “by all available means, including joint examination of violations and joint inspections”.

The European Union (the EU) is characterized by a purposeful diffusion of political authority between supranational and intergovernmental institutions. Based on the idea of shared leadership, it relies on a delicate institutional balance guarding declared equality between its ever more diverse members and managing potential and real tensions between the more and less populated states. Such tensions are present in any federal construct and have been a key concern since the ‘original six’ founded the (West) European Coal and Steel Community (the ECSC) in 1951 (the Benelux, West Germany, France, and Italy).

Now is the time to learn what his words mean in practice,” political scientist Yevgeny Minchenko told the VZGLYAD newspaper, commenting on the statement of the President of Belarus that “Russians and Belarusians have become brothers again“. “This is the rhetoric with which Lukashenko won the presidential election in 1994. He lived within this rhetoric until 2005, and then began to withdraw from Russia, emphasizing the topic of independence of Belarus. As a result, he came to the point where he actually accused Moscow of hybrid aggression,” said Yevgeny Minchenko, president of “Minchenko consulting” communications holding.

In 2018, Vyacheslav gave an anonymous interview to the Dutch journalist Stefan Beck. I have to be honest that prior to the publication of The Blackening of Europe I hadn’t heard of Clare Ellis. This is due more to my own ignorance than any lack of activity on her part, and Clare’s credentials really do speak for themselves. A close associate and former PhD student of Ricardo Duchesne, Clare has written for both the Council of European Canadians and The Occidental Quarterly. I think The Blackening of Europe will, and should, raise her profile considerably. Clare’s research at the University of New Brunswick concerned the demographic and political decline of native Europeans in their own homelands. How much of her PhD material made it into the book isn’t immediately clear, but there certainly seems to be a strong crossover in thematic content.

Progressive critics of the Trump Administration`s response to the coronavirus pandemic like to point to Sweden and portray the Nordic country`s decision to forego lockdowns as a travesty motivated by greed. Such reductive, black-and-white interpretations are inevitably the result of a childlike analysis where every hero needs to have a hero and a villain. But although Sweden`s COVID-19 czar has admitted that he would have changed certain elements of the country`s response if he could go back in time, the country`s decision to skip lockdowns, and keep the country relatively open, has paid off - even if Sweden does have a significantly higher mortality rate than its neighbors (though still lower than all of the worst-hit western European countries).

Some of this information confirms that it was indeed the SBU which was behind the operation which led to the arrest of several of the Russians at the end of July 2020. Some of my longtime readers might have noticed that I rarely (if ever!) wrote about Belarus or President Lukashenko. As always with the blog, there always is a reason for why I do mention something and no less a reason why I do not mention something. In the case of Belarus or Lukashenko, my reason for not writing about them was the exact same why I never wrote about the Ukraine before 2013: I was both uninspired and mostly disgusted with what I saw taking place there. And I did not feel strongly enough to write about it. That changed for the Ukraine with the Euromaidan.

In mid June we reported that the U.S. is preparing a `color revolution` in Belarus. A sub-part of that operation has been revealed today. It was designed to denigrate Russia in the eyes of the Belorussian population and its president. Over the last years President Aleksandr G. Lukashenko has tried to distance himself from Russia and to get some benefits from the west: But to get nearer to the `west` also has a price. A U.S. ambassador in town means that regime change plots are never far away. The sudden attention that Belarus now receives from U.S. aligned organizations is a sure sign that one is underway. I recently wrote that Aleksandr Lukashenko‘s pro-western entourage is preparing to overthrow the President of Belarus. However, they want him to take the “honour” of the deterioration (or even complete severance) of relations with Russia. At that time, I assumed that the “X” hour would come for Lukashenko between the middle of 2021 and the end of 2022. I.e., that he will win the election, relying on his renewed legitimacy, toughen up his opposition to the Kremlin, become a completely toxic figure for Moscow, and then be overthrown by his “European integrators”, with the complete non-resistance of a disoriented and disillusioned people who do not understand why they should protect Lukashenko from his own camarilla.

Information and psychological operations (InfoPsyOps) of the special services of Ukraine are carried out amid civil war conducted by Kiev against the unrecognized people`s republics – the DPR and LPR. To hide this shameful phenomenon from the world public, the Ukrainian authorities camouflage the concept of civil war, calling it either an antiterrorist operation or an operation of the United forces. Due to this layer of mimicry, not only the conduct of hostilities is given a formal legitimate status, but also the technology of “fights without rules” against their own citizens is legalized as well. At the same time Kiev calls them “terrorists”, “separatists”, “koloradas” (those who wear and respect a St.George`s Ribbon), “vatniki” (radical pro-Russia patriots), etc.

The relentless advance of coronavirus terror has been broken. Recalcitrant Serbs rebelled against their President when he ordered them back under house arrest. After two days of street battles with dozens of policemen hospitalised, the sturdy protesters won; the authorities surrendered and gave up their plans to lock Belgrade down. Shops, pubs and restaurants in Belgrade will have an early evening curfew; but this is much better than the full lockdown they intended. Prime Minister Ms Brnabic complained that she could not understand why her people were protesting. She must be uncommonly dense, this lady, if after two days of protests she could not understand that people do not want lockdowns. This is a rare reversal by the authorities, said the BBC correspondent in Belgrade. This is an understatement in the best English manner. I think it is a precedent.

Since the 1920s, it has been known that overthrowing right-wing extremists who have already taken power, or even stopping the fascist (Nazi) parties’ race for power is extremely difficult. It is simply beyond the reach of a single party. With varying degrees of success, this was only possible when the broadest popular anti-Nazi front was established. He is the first foreign leader to be received in Pennsylvania Avenue since the pandemic lockdown. For such an honor, Trump readily explained that the purpose of his Polish embrace was to spite both Germany and Russia. He confirmed the planned removal of U.S. troops from German soil, which he announced last week, and said some of those units would be going to Poland. “We’re going to be reducing our forces in Germany. U.S engineered attempts to overthrow a foreign government by stirring civil arrests are usually named after a color or, at times, a flower. Thus we had an "rose revolution" in Georgia, a "green movement" in Iran and an "orange revolution" in the Ukraine. But now the CIA and its assortment of supporting organizations seems to have run out of color choices. How else can one explain that their latest attempt in Belarus is called a "slipper revolution". No, the Guardian, which published the `Slipper revolution` headline today but later changed it, did not come up with that stupid moniker by itself. The U.S. State Department funded Belsat.eu TV station was the first to mention slippers in a picture caption on May 31. This year, due to coronavirus, the Victory Parade celebrating the defeat of Nazi Germany, which usually takes place on May 9, has been postponed to June 24. As a result, this parade is taking place exactly 75 years after the first Victory Day march on Moscow’s Red Square on June 24, 1945. Despite the epidemic, several thousand DPR inhabitants came to the parade in the centre of Donetsk and the atmosphere was as festive as when it was held on May 9. This year, 2,500 soldiers and members of the DPR “Young Guard” took part in the parade, double the number of last year, and 110 pieces of military equipment from various eras.

They are the children of foreign couples born to Ukrainian surrogate mothers at the Kyiv-based BioTexCom Centre for Human Reproduction, the largest surrogacy clinic in the world. They’re stranded in the hotel because their biological parents have not been able to travel in or out of Ukraine since borders closed in March because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The former mayor of Kharkov and former “Opposition bloc” deputy Mikhail Dobkin said that he plans to fight for the chair of the mayor of Kiev. According to him, it is impossible to stand aside and watch what is being created in Kiev. A Kiev mayor election is planned for October 25th 2020. Also, on June 18th it became known that the Verkhovna Rada failed to vote for the adoption of the economic program of the government of Denis Shmygal. In total, 207 people voted “for” the adoption of the program, which made it impossible to present the government with immunity for a year.

When Italy was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, she called out for help but the European Union failed to respond. For its part, Germany callously banned the export of masks. Mindful of the cold shoulder they got from the EU during the 2008 economic crisis, the 2015 migrant crisis and the coronavirus crisis of 2020, the number of Italians disgruntled with the EU shot up to 67%.

On the evening of June 22, 2020, the Ukrainian Army once again opened fire on the village of Alexandrovka, in DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), with automatic grenade launchers, killing one civilian. Continuous firing by the Ukrainian army prevented the evacuation of his body until this morning. On this day, which marked the 79 years of the launch of Operation Barbarossa by Nazi Germany against the USSR, it seems that some Ukrainian soldiers decided to celebrate this anniversary by committing war crimes against the Donbass civilians as a tribute to their ideological ancestors.

On the morning of 21 June 2020, the Ukrainian Army fired heavy artillery and large-calibre mortar on the territory of the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), injuring one civilian and damaging three houses. Since the alert level of the DPR and LPR (Lugansk People’s Republic) People’s Militia has been lowered, the Ukrainian Army has redoubled its shellings of the two republics, especially residential areas. After killing one civilian in the LPR, and wounding four in both republics, on Friday 19 June, the Ukrainian army continues its policy of deliberate fire against the residential areas of Donbass.

Ukraine should clarify its official position on the status of the Minsk agreements in the framework of the Contact Group discussions on the settlement of the situation in the Donbass by 19 June, as at the last meeting a representative of Kiev stated that their implementation was not mandatory. This is reflected in the final minutes of the contact group meeting held on 10 and 15 June, the text of which was published on Wednesday on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).

On June 16, 2020, the Head of the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), Denis Pushilin, answered many questions during a direct line with the citizens of the Republic. While many of the questions concerned the domestic policy of the DPR, others were about integration with the Russian Federation, the war unfortunately still going on, and the closure of borders because of the coronavirus.

After a break of several days, allegedly due to a “technical problem”, the meeting of the trilateral contact group continued on 15 June 2020, in order to discuss the opening of humanitarian corridors on the Donbass front line, so that civilians needing to travel to Ukraine for vital reasons could do so. Unfortunately, Ukrainian representatives continued to sabotage the negotiations, thus preventing any improvement in the situation of the stranded civilians in the DPR and LPR (Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics), while claiming to be conducting active negotiations.

A Ukrainian Deputy from Poroshenko’s party, Taras Bilan, posted on his Facebook wall a call to Vladimir Zelensky encouraging him to detonate nuclear bombs in Budapest, Moscow and St. Petersburg to “defend against attacks from Hungary and Russia”. Although Taras Bilan seems to have since deleted his Facebook post (probably because of the scandal it triggered), the Strana site has saved the letter that the deputy of the Ternopol city council had sent to the Ukrainian President.

Mikheil Saakashvili has a new unhealthy habit: to predict the rapid collapse and disintegration of Ukraine. I believe that the former president of Georgia has a phantom pain. When he was the head of Georgia, the country lost 20% of its territory. The fugitive Georgian retiree is unable to forget about it and therefore extrapolates his own past to the Ukrainian present. We cannot say that the head of the Executive Committee of the National Reform Council is completely wrong. In 2014, Ukraine had already lost three regions and if right-wing radicals and the oligarchs and high officials behind them had not used force, killed and burned alive the protesters and dispersed their actions in other cities, it could have lost even more.

"George Floyd and my little brother died in exactly the same way." These are the words of Assa Traore, whose brother, Adama, died in the custody of French police in a Paris suburb in July 2016. Traore, a 24-year-old Black Frenchman, was apprehended by three gendarmes following a dispute over an identity check. He lost consciousness in their vehicle and died at a nearby police station. He was still handcuffed when paramedics arrived. One of the three arresting officers told investigators that Adama had been pinned down with their combined body weight after his arrest.

The energy crisis, and market collapse which occurred because of the incompetent Ukrainian government, force European investors to withdraw money from Ukraine. The former head of the Lugansk and Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, Lieutenant-General of the Interior Ministry Gennadiy Moskal, said this on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has responded, via Maria Zakharova, to the proposal of Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Reznikov to hold talks on the Donbass in “Budapest format” without Russia, RIA Novosti reported. Earlier, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Reznikov, in an article published on the website of the Atlantic Council, suggested that the UK and the US should organize negotiations on the situation in the Donbass in the “Budapest format” without the participation of Russia. The speaker of the Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Kiev continues to evade the implementation of the Minsk agreements.

At the press conference held in Berlin after the meeting between the foreign ministers of Ukraine and Germany, the Ukrainian minister embarked on a real media smokescreen and denial of reality regarding the Donbass war, in order to hide Kiev’s responsibility for the failure to implement the Minsk agreements.

His name is Savely Smagar. He is a child of war. Not the kind of distant war we’re proud of to this day. But a new war, the one that started in the spring of 2014 in the Donbass. The one that’s been going on for seven years now. The one that doesn’t seem to stop… Savely is the firstborn, born on February 10, 2014. I know well his parents, Anna and Sergey, they lived in marriage for a long time before they decided to give birth to a child. And it turns out the baby was barely born when he found himself at the very epicenter of the fighting. The family lives near Staromikhaylovka. People who live in the war zone have a concept of “quiet days”, similar to the “good days” of the old people. And these “quiet days” in the spring of 2020 were less than usual.
